Digital Warehouse Limited – KYC / AML Policy

1. Purpose
This KYC/AML Policy defines how Digital Warehouse Limited verifies clients and mitigates risks related to money laundering, fraud, and other illicit activities. It applies to our digital distribution services for game keys and mobile top-ups.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all clients, including legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and private individuals, who engage with our services.
3. Regulatory Compliance
We adhere to international AML standards, including FATF guidelines and other relevant regulations.
4. Client Identification
We collect only essential information for verification:
- Legal entities: company registration documents
- Individuals / individual entrepreneurs: full name and official ID
- Email address for transactional communication
Clients listed on international sanctions lists or flagged as high risk are not accepted.
5. Risk Management
We assign risk ratings based on client type and location. Enhanced verification is applied when required.
6. Monitoring
Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity, and client information is reviewed periodically.
7. Data Security
All client data is stored securely using encryption and protected against unauthorized access.
8. Reporting
Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities when required by law.
9. Employee Training
Employees responsible for onboarding and monitoring receive regular KYC/AML training.
